Luxembourg, 8 May 2026 - Reference is made to the Company’s stock exchange announcement dated 28 April 2026 regarding the first tranche of the cash distribution from share premium in the amount of USD 0.2960685437049160 per common share, based on a total of 84,439,906 common shares outstanding.

The Company’s shares will be traded ex-distribution as from today, 8 May 2026.
