B2 Impact ASA: Disclosure of Large Shareholding
Reference is made to the announcements on 14 May 2025 regarding the conditional agreement by Prioritet Group AB ("Prioritet Group ") to sell 52,913,000 shares in B2 Impact ASA (the "Company") (the "Transaction"). Prioritet Group AB has 23 Oktober sold 20 000 000 shares in the Company. Following completion of the transaction, Prioritet Group AB now holds 0 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0% of the total shares and votes. This disclosure is made pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
