Sparebanken Norge (Rated Aa3/Stable by Moody’s) has mandated Barclays, Danske Bank, Goldman Sachs International, ING, J.P. Morgan and Santander as Joint Lead Managers for a debut, Reg S Bearer, EUR 500mm (WNG) 5yr Green senior preferred bond offering.

ING is acting as Sole Green Bond Structurer.

The timing of the transaction is subject to market conditions.
