Mandatory notification of trade

On April 29, the following transactions took place in Atea ASA (the Company):

1. Exercise and conversion of stock options Employees of the Atea Group exercised stock options.  Upon exercise, the stock options are converted into the right to receive ATEA shares of an equivalent intrinsic value.  The intrinsic value is calculated based on the volume weighted average price of the ATEA share on the day preceding the exercise.

In total, 260,500 stock options with a weighted average strike price of NOK 86.80 were exercised and converted into the right to receive 113,635 Atea shares, based on the volume weighted average price for the Atea share on April 28.

After withholding income taxes, employees received rights to 65,500 shares in Atea ASA. Atea will transfer 65,500 of its own shares to fulfill the company's obligations.

2. Exercise and conversion of stock options by primary insiders The following primary insiders exercised stock options:

Juha Sihvonen exercised 30,000 stock options at a strike price of NOK 86.80. Upon exercise, the options were converted into the right to receive 13,087 shares in the Company. After withholding of income taxes, he obtained the right to receive 7,067 shares.

Steinar Sønsteby exercised 75,000 stock options at a strike price of NOK 86.80. Upon exercise, the options were converted into the right to receive 32,716 shares in the Company. After withholding of income taxes, he obtained the right to receive 17,209 shares.

3. Transfer and sale of rights The primary insiders above transferred their rights to receive shares to a third party. The payment has been determined based on a selling price of NOK 154.60 per share.

4. New holding Juha Sihvonen holds 293 shares, 430,000 options and 141 RSUs in the Company.

Steinar Sønsteby holds 125,250 shares, 1,000,000 options and 121 RSUs in the Company. The shareholding includes shares held through his holding company SS Holding AS.

Atea ASA holds 1,021,383 of its own shares.
