Circio Holding ASA: Registration of share capital increase following conversion of convertible bonds

Oslo, 23 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements by Circio Holding ASA (OSE:CRNA) (the "Company") on 17 and 19 October 2025, regarding the requested conversions of convertible bonds by Atlas.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is NOK 86,175,445.20 divided into 143,625,742 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.60.
