Envipco José Matthijsse to assume CEO role on 18 May 2026

Amersfoort, 27 April 2026 -- Reference is made to Envipco Holding N.V.'s announcement 17 March 2026 regarding the appointment of José Matthijsse as the company's new Chief Executive Officer. The company is pleased to confirm that Ms. Matthijsse will assume the position as CEO effective 18 May 2026.

Ms. Matthijsse brings extensive international leadership and commercial experience from FMCG, food and beverage and industrial B2B environments, most recently as President Europe at SIG Group, a listed global aseptic food and beverage packaging solutions provider. She will be based out of the company's headquarters in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.
