Agreement to rehabilitate offices for Fagforbundet in Oslo

HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia, has entered into an agreement with Fagforbundet for the rehabilitation of Keysers gate 15 in Oslo.

The contract covers the conversion and rehabilitation of Fagforbundet's office premises, including the establishment of a new conference hall and canteen. Prior to the agreement, HENT and Fagforbundet completed a successful collaborative phase to develop and optimise the project within Fagforbundet's budget framework.

The contract value is approximately MNOK 114 excl. VAT. Construction is scheduled to commence in June 2026, with a build duration of approximately one year.
