Entra ASA: New 15,500 sqm lease agreement at Schweigaards gate 16 in Oslo city centre

Entra ASA has signed a new lease agreement with Coop Norge SA at Schweigaards gate 16 in Oslo city centre.

Coop Norge will lease the entire property of approximately 15,500 square metres. The property will undergo tenant fit-out prior to the planned occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2028. The lease duration is 12 years from commencement.
