Entra ASA: Written resolution completed in ENTRA62 ESG

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 9 June 2026 regarding the proposed amendments to six bond issues, of which five were approved by written resolution. A written resolution has now also been adopted in ISIN NO0011041535 (ENTRA62 ESG).

Nordic Trustee AS will amend the bond agreement for the bond issue accordingly.
