Circio Holding ASA: Registration of share capital increase following conversion of convertible bonds

Oslo, 22 October 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Circio Holding ASA (OSE:CRNA) (the "Company") on 6 October 2025, regarding the requested conversion by Atlas, of convertible bonds with a nominal value of NOK 2,500,000.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is NOK 70,777,985.40 divided into 117,963,309 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.60.
