The annual general meeting of Public Property Invest ASA (the "Company") will be held on 7 May 2026, at 15:00 hours (CEST) as a digital meeting.

The notice, including the agenda, for the meeting, is attached to this release, and will be sent to all shareholders with known addresses. The notice and the documents referred to in the notice are available under the "Investor" section on the Company's website https://publicproperty.no/en.

Reference is made to the notice for information about participation, the deadline for notification of participation, how to submit a proxy and advance voting.
