Resignation from the chair of the Board

Oslo, Norway – Omda AS has received a resignation from the chair of the Board, Gunnar Bjørkavåg, in which he has informed that he resigns from the position as chair of the Board with immediate effect. Marianne Elisabeth Johnsen who is the vice chair will act as chair of the Board until a new chair has been elected at the ordinary general meeting which is expected to be held by the end of April 2026.
