Allocated Equity Certificates (SBNOR) to primary insiders

According to Sparebanken Norge's bonus scheme, primary insiders will receive previously earned Equity Certificates as part of the bonus based on results for accounting years 2022, 2023 and 2024. These Equity Certificates have been transferred today.

Primary insider allocation is attached (form in Norwegian only).

The bank transfers a total of 29,498 Equity Certificates. This includes the transfer to employees that are not primary insiders. After this transaction, the bank holds a total of 24,945 own Equity Certificates.
