Gigante Salmon AS: Share capital increase registered

Bodø, 27 March 2026:

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Gigante Salmon AS (the "Company") published on 18 March 2026 regarding the final results of a subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of 5,333,333 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") raising gross proceeds of approx. NOK 40 million.

The share capital increase related to the Subsequent Offering has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 224 596 927 divided into 224 596 927 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1 and carrying one vote in the Company's general meeting.
