SATS ASA: Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by SATS ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by SATS ASA ("SATS" or the "Company") on 10 February 2026 regarding key information relating to the cash dividend and on 3 March 2026 regarding the extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM").

In accordance with the board of directors' proposal, the EGM resolved to approve a dividend distribution of NOK 0.67 per share, based on the Company's approved annual accounts for the financial year 2024.

No dividend will be paid on shares held in treasury by the Company. Accordingly, the total dividend amount payable will differ from the amount stated in the key information relating to the cash dividend announced on 10 February 2026. Reference is further made to the Company's share buyback programme, as announced on 18 February 2026.
