Key information relating to the cash dividend proposed to be paid by Bonheur ASA

In a board meeting 24 February 2026 addressing preliminary 2025 year-end and 4th quarter results, the Bonheur Board of Directors correspondingly resolved to propose to the Annual General Meeting an ordinary dividend for 2025 of NOK 7.30 per share, i.e.:
