Mandatory notification of transaction between Primary Insider and his PCA, i.e. closely associated legal person

Primary Insider in Bonheur ASA (org.no. 830357432 - the "Company"), Thomas Fredrik Olsen, has today 30 October 2026 transferred 11 955 shares in the Company to his wholly owned company, FOBOX AS (org. no. 971143657) by way of a contribution in kind valued at NOK 263 per Bonheur share.

Following this transaction Thomas Fredrik Olsen owns 28 631 shares in the Company, while FOBOX AS following this transaction owns 16 355 shares in the Company.
