VP Land February 13, 2026 - Sale 34,000 Common Shares @ C$0.234 per Share Closing Position: 806,000 Common Shares

The Company also reported the Board of Directors approved the grant of 5 million stock options on February 9, 2026 to the following individuals at an exercise price of C$0.265 per Common Share based on the closing price on TSX with such options expiring on February 8, 2031:
