Gigante Salmon AS: Share capital registered

Bodø, 12 February 2026:

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Gigante Salmon AS (the "Company") published on 11 February 2026 regarding the successful completion of a private placement and a retail offer of new shares in the Company (the "Offers").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Offers is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the Company's registered share capital is NOK 214,263,594 divided into 214,263,594 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1 and carrying one vote in the Company's general meeting.

This information is published in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Obligations for companies listed on Euronext Growth Oslo and section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
