On February 5, 2026, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet Livsforsikring AS and Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, net bought 51,974 shares in Hunter Group ASA (ISIN NO0012953720). After these transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries, held a total of 6,758,159 shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing 5.01% of the outstanding shares and votes in the company.

The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows: Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 0.099% Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 4.914%
