Arribatec Group ASA: New share capital registered

Following exercise of 1 714 162 of the 21 021 459 warrants issued on 2 December 2024 (adjusted after reverse share split with reference to message 07 October, 2025), which constitute the last outstanding warrants, the Company’s new share capital is NOK 68 978 676 divided into 68 978 676 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.
