The Board of Directors of Sparebanken Norge plans to propose to distribute a cash dividend of NOK 12.00 per equity capital certificate for the accounting year 2025. The formal decision regarding the dividend will be made on the bank’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held on 26 March 2026.
