Questerre Energy Corporation (the "Company") reported the following officer acquired Common Shares on the exercise of stock options with an exercise price of $0.18 per Common Share.

Rick Tityk, VP Land - 650,000 Common Shares Post acquisition, Mr. Tityk holds 1,050,000 Common Shares.
