LINK Mobility – Approval of prospectus for listing of new bonds

Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (the "Company" and together with its consolidated subsidiaries, the "Group") on 4 June 2025 about the successfully placed EUR 100 million senior unsecured bond due 17 June 2030 (the "New Bonds").

On 9 October 2025, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved a prospectus prepared by the Company in connection with the application for admission to trading and listing of the New Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs.
