LINK Mobility – Resignation of board members

13. January 2026 kl. 08:00

Oslo, 13 January 2026: LINK has been informed by Robert Joseph Nicewicz Jr. and Sabrina Gosman that they will resign from their positions as members of the Board of Directors.

“It has been a privilege to be part of LINK’s exceptional growth journey since joining the Board in 2018. During this period, the Company has grown from generating NOK 140 million in adjusted EBITDA in 2017 to NOK 1.1 billion on a pro forma LTM basis, while establishing itself as the leading European CPaaS player with global ambitions.

Given our reduced ownership position, we believe this is the right time to introduce new Board members whose skill sets align with the Company’s next phase of growth.

We are stepping down at a time when the Company is in a very strong position, with a solid outlook, and we look forward to continuing to support LINK as investors beyond our Board roles,” says Robert.
