Hunter Group ASA - PDMR notification

Sagittarius Capital Ltd., a close associate of Erik Andreas Frydendal, CEO and PDMR of Hunter Group ASA, (the "Company"), has today bought 122,696 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 1.75 per share. After the transaction Erik Andreas Frydedal and close associates owns 1,675, 269 shares in the Company.
