Entra ASA signs new lease contract at Tollgaarden, Oslo

Entra ASA has signed a new lease contract with the Norwegian Building Authority (Direktoratet for byggkvalitet) for approximately 1,400 square metres at Tollgaarden (Schweigaards gate 15), next to Oslo Central Station. The lease has a duration of approximately 10 years and is scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The property, comprising 22,600 square metres, underwent a redevelopment that was completed in 2024 and is now fully let.
