Vår Energi ASA: Ex dividend Q3 2025

Sandnes, Norway, 17 November 2025: The shares in Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) will be traded ex dividend of NOK 1.211 per share for the third quarter of 2025, as of today, 17 November.

With reference to the stock market announcement on 21 October, the extraordinary general meeting held on 11 November in Vår Energi has resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.211 per share, NOK 3 023 147 964 in total, equal to USD 300 million, relating to Q3 2025. The dividend will be paid on 25 November in NOK and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 20 October approximately at 1600hrs CEST.
