Entra ASA signs new lease contract at Kaigaten 9 in Bergen

Entra ASA has signed a new ten-year lease contract with Tide AS for approximately 2,000 sqm at Kaigaten 9 in Bergen. The lease is scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2027.

Kaigaten 9 is a 10,000 sqm property located at Bergen's most central transport hub. The property will undergo a refurbishment, with completion expected in 2027.
