MPC Energy Solutions N.V. (the "Company") has today received trade notifications from the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

Stefan Meichsner, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has purchased 9,000 shares on Euronext Growth Oslo for NOK 12.80 per share. Following the purchase, Mr. Meichsner owns 43,000 shares in the Company.
