MPCES: Ex distribution NOK 12.1867 today

Amsterdam/Oslo – 1 September 2026

The shares of MPC Energy Solutions NV (“MPCES”, “Company”) will be traded ex distribution NOK 12.1867 as from today, 1 September 2026.

As previously communicated, the distribution pursuant to the share capital reduction will be paid on 4 September 2026. The Company is returning cash to its shareholders from its existing nominal capital.
