Envipco appointed exclusive supplier to major UK retailer

Amersfoort, 28 October 2026 - Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or "the Company"), a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) technology has been appointed exclusive supplier of RVMs to a major UK retailer. The parties are agreeing final contracts, and Envipco will provide an update once executed.

Envipco will deliver a mix of Compact, Flex, Optima and Magna RVMs to the retailers' stores across the UK. Expected volume is 1,700 RVMs. RVMs are delivered under a sales and service agreement with deliveries expected to commence in Q1 2027.
