Mandatory Notification of Trading by Primary Insiders

October 20, 2026 Svend Egil Larsen, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Nordic Financials ASA, has today through his wholly owned company Selaco AS, purchased 26,334 shares in Nordic Financials ASA at a price of NOK 1.24 per share. Following this transaction, Selaco AS owns 2,787,606 shares in Nordic Financials ASA.
