Norwegian Block Exchange AS - Registration of share capital increase

Oslo, 15 October 2026. Reference is made to the previous stock exchange notices from Norwegian Block Exchange AS (the "Company") dated 12 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 regarding the acquisition of JuJu AS' customer base. As part of the consideration, the Company resolved to issue 1,608,749 consideration shares, as set out in more detail in the stock exchange announcement dated 12 June 2026.

The share capital increase in relation to the abovementioned share issuance has today been registered with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises (Nw: Foretaksregisteret).

The Company's new share capital is NOK 73,605,556.20 divided into 368,027,781 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.20. Each share represents one vote at the Company's general meeting.
