Today, September 3, 2026 Svend Egil Larsen, Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Nordic Financials ASA, through his wholly owned company Selaco AS, purchased 5,335 shares in Nordic Financials ASA at a price of NOK 1.40 per share. Following this transaction, Selaco AS owns 2,710,435 shares in Nordic Financials ASA.
