Elektroimportøren AS – Removal from trading

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Elektroimportøren AS from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Rule Book II pt. 3.17.2 (2), Euronext Oslo Børs has on 01 September 2026 made the following resolution: “The shares of Elektroimportøren AS will be removed from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo as of 02 September 2026. The last day of trading will be 01 September 2026.”
