JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc.("JPMAM") no longer has a notifiable interest in the share capital of SATS ASA as a result of trades by its subsidiary JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited. The total number of shares held by JPMAM on 30 October 2025 was 9,939,252 being 4.879% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the company. The holding in JPMAM crossed a notification threshold of 5% on 30 October 2025.
