Titan Venture AS owns 6,650,000 shares in Arribatec Group ASA. Due to the recent increase in share-capital, Titan Venture AS has hereby crossed the 10% ownership mark and owns 9.95% of the outstanding shares.
This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
