Ex. dividend NOK 0.10 today

The shares in Public Property Invest ASA will be quoted ex-dividend of NOK 0.10 per share as from today, 1 October 2025. The payment date will be on or about 9 October 2025.

Reference is also made to the stock exchange release dated 13 February 2025 regarding Key information related to proposed dividend, outlining the quarterly payment schedule of the NOK 0.5 per share in dividend for the financial year 2024, that was approved by the Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2025. The dividend is split into quarterly payments, in which a dividend of NOK 0.10 per share was paid in July 2025, NOK 0.10 per share will be paid on or about 9 October 2025 and NOK 0.15 per share will be paid in January and in April 2026.
