Itera wins contract with Ungt Entreprenørskap
Itera has signed an agreement with Ungt Entreprenørskap (UE) to deliver a new, integrated business system.
The solution will modernise and consolidate UE’s core processes on a single platform. It represents an important step in the organisation’s efforts to scale its activities, strengthen collaboration and enable future innovation.
“We are proud to have been selected by Ungt Entreprenørskap following a thorough tender process. This is a strong example of how we, together with trusted partners, can challenge established solutions and create integrated services that deliver real value. We look forward to contributing to a more data-driven and future-oriented organisation,” says Arne Mjøs, CEO of Itera.
Strengthening an important societal organisation
Ungt Entreprenørskap is a nationwide non-profit organisation established in 1997, with approximately 110 employees across a national office and 13 county organisations. Through programmes such as student enterprises at school and higher education level, the organisation reaches approximately 150,000 pupils and students every year.
“This is not just a new system; it is an important step towards working smarter and more holistically. It is an upgrade that will strengthen both collaboration across our organisation and our ability to meet future needs,” says Heidi Austlid, CEO of Ungt Entreprenørskap.
UE is also working on a new strategy, where Itera will contribute to ensuring that the technology delivery supports the organisation’s long-term objectives.
Delivering an integrated platform through strong partnerships
Itera will have overall responsibility for establishing and managing the solution, including delivery management, integrations and the development of a new web application for external users. The solution is being developed in close collaboration with PointTaken, which delivers Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. The technical platform is based on Microsoft Dynamics and Dataverse, integrated with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. This will give UE a unified solution supporting the full value chain, from planning and execution of activities to registration, follow-up and reporting.
Laying the foundation for AI and future growth
As part of the delivery, Itera will help structure and make data available across the organisation. This will provide a solid foundation for the further use of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, an area where the customer has clear expectations.
The solution will support a broad range of user groups, including employees, teachers, pupils, student enterprises and partners, through role-based and user-friendly interfaces.
