Decision not to proceed with the contemplated sale of existing shares in ReFuels N.V.

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 3 June 2026 by CNG Services Assets Limited ("CSAL") regarding the potential sale of shares in ReFuels N.V. (the "Company") (the "Contemplated Sale").

CSAL has decided not to proceed with the Contemplated Sale at this time.

CSAL will remain a shareholder in the Company, holding a total of 12,034,083 shares, equal to approximately 19.92% of the outstanding shares in the Company.
