Contract Awarded for Full Rehabilitation of Stenersgata 1 Phase 2

HENT, a subsidiary of Sentia, has been awarded a contract by Entra for the full rehabilitation of the office premises at Stenersgata 1 -Phase 2 in central Oslo.

The project encompasses the full rehabilitation of approximately 16,200 sqm of office space on the floors above the Oslo City shopping Centre. Construction is scheduled to commence in May 2026, with completion in May 2028.

Phase 2 is a continuation of the award-winning rehabilitation work already completed at the property. The project targets BREEAM-NOR Excellent certification and energy class B, and forms part of Entra's efforts to transform one of Oslo's most centrally located office buildings into a modern, full-service workplace.
