Arribatec Group ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Kjølvik Invest AS, a company wholly owned by the CEO of Arribatec, Ole Jakob Kjølvik, has today acquired 25,000 shares in the company at a share price of NOK 5.64.

Following this transaction, Ole Jakob Kjølvik, including Kjølvik Invest AS, holds a total of 116,658 shares, representing approximately 0.17% of the Company’s outstanding shares.
