ATHENS, GREECE, June 4, 2026 -- Reference is made to the key information relating to Q1 2026 dividend announced by Capital Tankers Corp. ("CAPT" or the "Company") on May 26, 2026. The Company's shares will be traded ex dividend NOK 0.50 per share on Euronext Growth Oslo from today, June 4, 2026. The distribution will be made as repayment of paid-in premium.
