Update – Offer to Acquire Own Shares

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 20 May 2026 regarding the offer to acquire own shares at a fixed price of NOK 20 per share in connection with the Company’s employee share scheme.

At the expiry of the offer period on 22 May 2026, Western Bulk Chartering AS had received indications of interest to sell a total of 893,611 shares at the offered price.
