CFO Transition

(Arendal, Norway / Sherbrooke, QC, Canada – 18 June 2026) Espen Schie has informed Tekna Holding ASA that he has decided to step down as CFO to pursue opportunities outside the company. Schie will remain in his role until mid-August to support a smooth transition.

Yves Lemoyne[1], currently CFO of Tekna Holding Canada Inc, will take over the role of group CFO on August 15, 2026. Lemoyne joined Tekna in October 2025. He is an experienced financial executive with over 25 years of financial leadership experience in industrial and technology companies, including subsidiaries of multinational groups.
