Techstep ASA - Major Shareholder Disclosure, Valset AS exceeds 15% ownership

Valset Invest AS has on 19 October 2026 acquired 325,000 shares in Techstep ASA (the Company) at a price of NOK 1.5897 per share. Following the transaction, Valset Invest AS owns 5,447,095 shares in Techstep ASA, corresponding to approximately 15.6325% of the outstanding shares and voting rights in the Company. As a result, Jon Harald Nordbrekken, through Valset Invest AS, has crossed the 15% disclosure threshold pursuant to the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.

This disclosure is made in accordance with section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 5-12 of the same Act.
