Reference is made to the announcement of 19 February 2026 regarding uplisting of the company's shares from Euronext Expand to the main list Euronext Oslo Børs.

The first day of trading on Euronext Oslo Børs is expected to be 30 April 2026. The ticker STECH remains unchanged.
