SPOL: Acquisition of equity certificates by primary insider

Kabara Invest AS, fully owned by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Klara-Lise Aasen in SpareBank 1 Østlandet, has today purchased 2,500 equity certificates in SPOL at the price NOK 198.00 per EC (NOK 495,000). New holding for Klara-Lise Aasen and Kabara Invest AS is 14,781 equity certificates.
