Solstad Maritime ASA - Letter of Intent for CSV Normand Jarstein

Solstad Maritime ASA ("SOMA") is pleased to announce a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Reach Subsea ASA for the charter of the CSV Normand Jarstein for operation in the Mediterranean and Black Sea.

A commitment, subject to final contract, has been entered into for the vessel to commence transit during the current week.

The Letter of Intent is for a firm period of two (2) years, with one (1) optional year.
